The eData Catcher™, Electronic Time & Attendance and eLock Systems are designed to revolutionize the way data is captured. Systems and business solutions offer the ability to collect information at the point-of-origin by mobile and field staff without them having to carry Paper, Write, Type, Scan, Maintain, Charge Batteries, be product or workflow process trained.
Required data is linked to eData Chips™ that when “touched” with an eData Collector™ captures data electronically and automatically. For example, The eData Catcher™ records (who/name/ID, date, time In/Out, asset or equipment name/model/ID, task performed, location, and up to 9,999 codes) with one (1) incident booklet. Codes are based on client’s required data criteria.
The eData Collector™ is docked into a PC or server to download the data into the eData Catcher™ System. Data is then sorted and correlated to generate customized reports for immediate approval, sharing, emailing and use.
eData Chips™ are easily installed at the required locations (job sites, equipment, vehicle, etc.) and/or carried in a small eCode Booklet by staff, inspectors, guards, serviceman and individuals collecting data and capturing status, events observed or generating instructions while performing tasks.
eData Collectors’ Electronic Time & Attendance is compliant with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of
1996 (P.L.104 -191). The simple and robust system keeps accurate records to the second when staff logs into the system. It Stand Alone, no permanent connection or cabling to PC is required. Electronic records attendance records offer managers more control over labor costs and equipment usage of their workforce and helps improve management of daily operations.
Our robust eLock Controller™ Systems are ADA compliant and designed to be used in harsh environments. No electricity or maintenance is required to operate. eData Chips are water proof and heat resistant. The systems offer User Lockout Mode with timer, Anti-damper – prevents code guessing and manual key override.
